Pilates & Yoga Fusion Community Class

When: February 7, 2016

Where: Creative Roots Performing Arts Studio - 3830 2nd Avenue, Unit 101 (Back entrance)

HI there,

Here is something little different; Luna's Fitness, Local Supply Company and Lole have joined forces to offer community classes in Smithers.  Their next venture is Feb 7 and all proceeds will go to a great cause.

Time: 1:00-2:30 PM

By donation: All proceeds go toward Jason Olieman's Snow Cross journey.  We love supporting youth sport in our community, and Jason, a Smithers Ski and Snowboard Club member, is working hard to achieve his goal of representing Canada in Ski Cross at an international level. At the moment Jason is in Nakiska AB to compete in the North American Cup SX Series, and also to forerun the SX World Cup this coming weekend.

As usual, all participants will receive a goodie bag, a coupon for Local Supply Company, as well as get entered into a draw for some sweet Lole swag.

Please be sure to register online at www.lunasfitness.com, as space is limited.

Bring your own mat and come on out to have some fun!

Hi everyone!

Feb 8; Stat Holidays (Family Day) so all schools are closed. NO dryland. See you on Feb 10.

THREE items for you to think about:

1/ If you're sick, please stay home. Not only are you putting yourself at risk by training while being sick, you potentially getting others sick as well. NO GO!
2/ Being on time is crucial in life and dryland is no exception. The session start at 530 PM.
3/ Please make sure that you are registered with the club prior to partaking in any of the club activities.
