SSC AGM and Appreciation Day!

MAY 4th AGM and Appreciation Day, not to be missed!
When the club has had such a fun season with a lot of energy from athletes, parents, coaches and executives it's time for us to say thanks and hand out some nice little items to various people.
The Shamrock Cup trophies will be awarded, volunteer of the winter, athletes awards and much more.
Not sure if you want to show up yet? How about a draw for a ADULT SEASON PASS for 2014 winter season.
Not convinced yet? We'll have Games, BBQ and just a great time to meet all the people involved with the club without wearing all the winter gear. A great time to say hi or bye to coaches and friends.
BUT, you must show up to our AGM at 1 PM to get a chance to win the HBM 2014 Adult Season Pass! We have many items we need to discuss and it would be nice to see as many as possible to come out and care.
Please don't stay home and say you're too busy, come on out and socialize with the rest of us.

North Zone Finals.

Where: HBM. U12-18 GS and Ski-X
North Zone Finals means sun, snow, fun and friendship!
Can you believe it, the season is almost over. Where did it go!?
Anyway, Race Info has been posted at the club cabin and you need to sign up for the event NO later than April 8. DEADLINE FOR ENTRIES ARE APRIL 8, 2013.
There is a Banquet on April 13, $20 for athletes and $30 for adults. Please send me an email if you're attending. All info is available on the Race Notice below for you to download and print.
Events this year are non traditional; 2 x GS on April 13 and a Open Ski-X TEAM event on the 14th. The SX is an open event up to U21(18-20) age.
Information regarding the Ski-X:
ALL SKI-X PARTICIPANTS MUST REGISTER AT THE CLUB CABIN ON APRIL 14TH!
Entry Fee for NON BC Alpine members and U10 athletes: $10 for U10-14(6-13 years old). $20 for U16-21(14-20 years old)
Registration: 830 -915 AM at Club cabin, or at the TC meeting on Friday night. See info on Race Notice.
Inspection: 945-10 AM
Training: 1030-1115 AM
Time Trial: 1130-1245 PM
Team Finals: 115 - 215 PM
Skiers meeting at the start at 1 PM.
Clean up of course 230 PM
Wine and Cheese after the race on April 14 for SSC adults. Please BYO refreshment and a piece of cheese or other snack. We got the tunes!

RAYZ Northern Tour Snow-X Finals

Where: Snow-X on HBM.

On our home Snow-X track, Rayz Board Shop is hosting the last event of the three SHRED THE NORTH TOUR.
April 6: Training is open from 10 AM until 230 PM. SnowX course on Prairie T.
April 7: Registration from 9-11 AM at HBM Lounge. $10 for 10 and under. $20 for all other age categories. Start is at 12 NOON.
And as always in SX, helemts are MANDATORY!
THIS WILL BE A GREAT EVENT WITH MUSIC, FOOD AND A GREAT TIME WITH YOUR FRIENDS!
